Our puppy application is designed to help us get to know you better and to ensure that our puppies will thrive in their new environment. The application covers important aspects such as your lifestyle, experience with pets, and the kind of home you can provide.

Completing the application helps us ensure a great match between you and one of our puppies. We value finding the right fit for both our puppies and their new families, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this process. Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Koenen Kennels, but it does not guarantee a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.
